Inpixon Federal Awarded Contract from The Bureau of Census

Providing Software Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) and 24x7 Maintenance

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Inpixon (NASDAQ: INPX), a leading indoor positioning and data analytics company, today announced that subsidiary, Inpixon Federal, received two delivery orders from the Bureau of Census, based on Inpixon Federal’s GSA IT 70 Schedule, for a one year software Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) and 24x7 maintenance. The value of the orders is over $1.4M.

The orders provide an enterprise licensing agreement to support the entire Bureau of Census and including maintenance support under two support agreements. Under the terms of the contract, the Bureau of Census can extend the contract for six months at the end of the one year base period of performance.

Inpixon Federal also holds several other federal contract vehicles including GSA IT Schedule 70, NITAAC CIO-CS, NASA SEWP V, FBI ITAP, Army ADMC-2, and a subcontract on the Army’s EITS.
