Jonathan G. Ornstein

Mr. Ornstein served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mesa Air Group from 1999 to 2025. Across his four decades of aviation industry experience, he repeatedly demonstrated an ability to scale aviation businesses, execute complex transactions, allocate capital prudently, and navigate highly regulated markets. In his first tenure at Mesa Air Group, from 1988 to 1994, he worked closely with company founders Larry and Janie Risley. As EVP and President of Mesa’s subsidiary, WestAir Holding, he executed a successful turnaround of WestAir from a pre-tax loss of $12 million to a pre-tax profit of $16 million in one year. He left Mesa to become CEO of Continental Airlines’ Continental Express operation, where he oversaw an $80 million improvement in operating income, then was recruited by Richard Branson to co-found and lead Virgin Express, a low-fare airline in Europe. Mr. Ornstein returned to Mesa in 1998 as CEO and was named Chairman in 1999. He led the company’s growth into one of the largest regional airline operators in the United States and oversaw its merger with Republic Airways Holdings in November 2025, stepping down just prior to the merger completion. Under his leadership, Mesa Air explored next-generation aviation technologies, including vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) platforms, and made a strategic investment in XTI in 2024.

Clinton J. Weber

Mr. Weber is an aerospace and investment executive with experience spanning drone-enabled aviation platforms, geospatial intelligence, and capital allocation. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Prius Intelli, LLC, an aerial imagery and geospatial intelligence company, and its subsidiary, Synetos Aerospace. In these roles, he is responsible for business development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis, and works closely with unmanned aerial systems, drone-based data acquisition, and advanced aerospace technologies supporting scalable aviation and intelligence-driven applications. Previously, Mr. Weber served as Chief Investment Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Trinity Investment Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor, and as Managing Director of the Trinity Faith & Family Values Alternative Income Fund, where he oversaw capital allocation strategy, investment performance, transaction sourcing, and operational execution. From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Weber also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Advancement Foundation for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, where he managed investment portfolios, capital initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and grants processes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weber was a Principal and Senior Analyst at Corbett Capital, focusing on private equity and direct investments. He began his professional career as an officer and tactical jet pilot in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.

We believe that Mr. Weber’s experience in the aerospace industry, investment management, and drone aviation operations qualifies him to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.
